They are looking for a resilient and collaborative Business Analyst capable of process mapping and documentation with strong systems understanding, and can uncover opportunities for smarter, more efficient business outcomes during a 6‑month engagement.

What you'll bring
* 3‑5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Demonstrated ability to analyse business processes, identify opportunities for efficiency, and support decision‑making through insights and evidence.
* Experience preparing business cases, specifications, or project documentation.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and the ability to distil complex business needs into fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively, build trust, and influence outcomes across diverse teams.
* Strong track record of delivering results, meeting deadlines, and achieving project objectives.
* Proficiency with business systems and tools; experience with testing and project governance is desirable.
* Government experience is a plus, but not required.
* Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS office suite
* Valid Baseline security clearances & willingness to undergo pre‑employment checks
