About Our Facilities Team
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Supervisor to lead our team of facilities staff and subcontractors. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations and maintenance of client facilities, ensuring high-quality service and a safe work environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day activities of the facilities team, including maintenance and repairs to ensure facilities are in top condition and meet compliance standards.
* Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive recommendations and solutions.
* Oversee preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
* Develop strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Your Skills and Qualifications
* Australian Citizenship due to security requirements.
* Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related role.
* Strong knowledge of WHS regulations and commitment to safety best practices.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide your team.
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Building Services, or similar (highly regarded).
