Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, while working independently with little or no supervision. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and handling confidential information.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
* Conduct research and gather information as needed
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
* Attend meetings and take minutes as needed
* Assist with special projects and events as needed
* Manage expenses and prepare expense reports
* Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* A certificate in Business Administration (or similar) or working towards one.
* Previous experience working as an administrative assistance, personal assistant or executive assistant;
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
* Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Please note : In addition to the above skills and experience, the successful candidate will require a WA Driver’s Licence and be required to submit a National Police Clearance (dated within 6 months) prior to appointment.
