Job Overview
This ICT Support Technician/Specialist Technician role involves administering and maintaining school network environments and identifying issues for resolution.
Key Responsibilities
* Server and Network administration are key responsibilities in this role as well as demonstrated networking knowledge.
* A strong understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware is required along with hands-on configuration experience.
Requirements
person should have tertiary education (Cert 4 in IT Systems Administration or similar) desirable Certification relevant technologies preferred - e.g. vCloud MCSA CompTIA previous ICT/Helpdesk experience within schools highly desirable Motivated self-starter able to work autonomously motivated resourceful good communicator troubleshoot through systematic processes observation elimination
