We are seeking an experienced Tenancy Officer to join our team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality tenancy and property management services to vulnerable populations. This includes property inspections, allocations of vacant properties, rental collection, conducting condition reports, coordinating lease and rent reviews, and carrying out exit procedures.
* Deliver high quality tenancy and property management services to tenants
* Conduct property inspections and report on findings
* Manage rental payments and arrears
* Coordinate lease and rent reviews
* Carry out exit procedures in accordance with policy and procedure
Requirements
To be successful for this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated experience in providing client-focused tenancy management services
* Solid understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
* Relevant skills and experience in working sensitively with diverse customer groups
* Confidence in liaising with various stakeholders, including vulnerable people
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt
* Previous experience working with MS Office programs
* Ability to compose professional correspondence via email
* A current driver's license
