What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the senior partner for clients - trusted to solve problems and deliver impact
- Leading campaigns from concept through to execution across multiple channels
- Managing and mentoring account service staff, supporting their growth and performance
- Working closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver outstanding work
- Keeping projects on track - managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring quality
- Identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and accounts
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in a creative, marketing, or integrated agency
- Experience leading large accounts and multi-channel campaigns
- Strong commercial awareness – able to manage budgets and spot opportunities
- Confident communicator who can influence and inspire both clients and teams
- A proactive, collaborative mindset – solutions-focused and ready to lead
