About The Asset Finance Shop
The Asset Finance Shop is a leading asset finance brokerage supporting businesses across construction, transport, farming, forestry, quarry & mining and more. What you'll do
* Act as aCommercial Asset Finance Account Manager, assisting to write and process high-volume loans
* Engage potential B2B clients, understand needs and recommend the right finance solutions
* Support senior brokers withlead generation, qualification, and follow‑ups (phone, email, SMS)
* Communicate clearly with customers to explain options, request docs, and guide them through to approval
* Prepare and quality‑check applications against lender policies, review bank statements, basic financials and credit criteria
* Keep up to date withlender guidelines, products, and sales techniques
* Build and nurture opportunities withdealers, vendors, auction houses, insurance brokers, credit & settlements teams, accountants and lender BDMs
What you'll bring (Must‑haves)
* Fluent with computers and Microsoft 365 — Outlook, Word and Excel are second nature to you
* Demonstrate basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions for data entry and analysis tasks
* Strong written & verbal communication; confident on the phone
* High attention to detail, organised and accountable — you manage competing priorities well
* Genuine interest in financial services and helping customers
* Must be at least 21 years of age to meet regulatory requirements for this finance role
* Experience insales, customer service or outbound calling (retail, call centre or B2B)
* Exposure to CRMs or working across multiple systems/portals
* A degree inBusiness/Commerce/Finance/Economics (preferred, not essential)
