Medico Legal Administration Assistant
This position requires quality customer service in support of our Medico Legal reception area. You will be assisting our team to provide support to a group of Specialist Occupational Physicians and Psychiatrists. This includes the preparation of files and backup reception as required.
The ability to work autonomously and provide outstanding customer service including a meticulous attention to detail are essential requirements for this position. Reporting to the Medico Legal Manager, your duties will include;
Duties
* Preparing patient files on a daily basis
* Managing patient bookings and client enquiries by phone and email
* Assist to maintain a busy reception desk
* Care for patients and clients by maintaining a high standard of communication, detail and confidentiality
* Providing exceptional customer service - both face to face and over the phone
* Liaising with wider administration team
* Filing and archiving as required
This role will require you to collaborate as part of a friendly administration team.
We expect you to have effective communication skills with a welcoming manner, as well as a professional appearance and attitude. A background in medical administration is highly regarded.
Excellent organisational skills along with attention to detail are necessary as is the ability to manage competing deadlines to ensure all tasks are completed with both accuracy and efficiency. Only suitably experienced candidates will be considered.
The working hours are 20 hours worked across Monday to Friday with holiday coverage as required.
