This contractor manufacture and install commercial joinery across Health Care, Aged Care, Education, Hospitality and Corporate industries. As a national contractor they have established themselves as market leaders within their sectors. You will be joining a dynamic, structured, and progressive team who will support you in the role.
**The Position**
- Based in Minchinbury
- Leading and managing the day to day activities in the assembly production process
- Ensuring and maintaining quality, safety and efficiency of production
- Planning and scheduling of materials, production, machinery and labour
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
- Daily toolbox talks, highlighting target, outcomes and safety
- Reporting to Directors & Operations Manager
**About you**:
- Trade background in Joinery/Cabinet Making/Furniture
- Bring innovation and collaborative enthusiasm.
- Highly organised and self sufficient
- Natural leadership skills with a hands on approach.
- Commercially astute with ambition for success and innovation
