We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Brand Director to lead the global growth of Billini and Banbe. This role will be responsible for creating, defining, and executing a cohesive brand strategy that fuses innovative creative direction with a strong KPI-driven performance approach. As a key member of the Executive and Management team, you will play a critical role in shaping brand identity, driving customer engagement, and delivering commercial success across all channels.
Brand Strategy & Leadership
* Develop and implement a global brand strategy that aligns creative vision with measurable business outcomes
* Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve customer‐centric success and commercial excellence
* Act as a key contributor to executive decision‐making and overall business strategy
Creative Direction & Campaign Execution
* Create and execute engaging seasonal campaigns and content across all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, eCommerce, retail, and more)
* Oversee creative direction across all brand touchpoints, including digital, in‐store, and social channels
* Direct and brief campaign rollouts, ensuring alignment with product launches and brand guidelines
* Attend shoots and provide on‐set direction while managing budgets effectively
Cross‐Functional Collaboration
* Partner with Product, Retail, Buying & Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative teams to deliver compelling, customer‐focused campaigns
* Attend weekly trade meetings to identify opportunities, risks, and actionable insights
Brand Experience & Innovation
* Continuously elevate all brand touchpoints including packaging, POS, in‐store design, and merchandising
* Lead creative direction for window installations and seasonal visual merchandising
* Initiate and execute brand collaborations and key brand moments
PR, Partnerships & Events
* Support PR and media strategies to grow global brand awareness and desirability
* Build and lead a strong partnerships program aligned with brand identity
* Oversee creative direction for events including press activations, store openings, and product launches
Digital & Performance
* Oversee and sign off on weekly social media plans across all platforms
* Ensure consistency in brand tone of voice and messaging
* Monitor, analyse, and report on ROI and performance against KPIs
* Review and manage budgets, sales targets, and expenses
* Conduct monthly financial analysis and reporting
* Contribute to company‐wide financial planning and forecasting
* Build, mentor, and lead high‐performing teams
* Set clear KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews
* Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence
About You
* Proven experience in a senior brand leadership role, ideally within fashion, retail, or lifestyle
* Strong balance of creative vision and commercial acumen
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross‐functional teams and deliver measurable results
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience operating at an executive level, contributing to business strategy and growth
