We're looking for a Project Marketing Manager to support and implement the Development Marketing Strategy, leading marketing and communication activities for our redevelopment projects.
This role partners closely with Development Managers and the Head of Brand, Marketing and Experience to deliver end-to-end project marketing campaigns that enhance customer loyalty and ensure our destinations stand out in an evolving retail landscape.
You'll also play a key role in retailer engagement – building strong relationships and driving impactful communications that support each project's success.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver and execute marketing plans for development projects from pre-development through to launch.
Partner with internal stakeholders to drive project positioning, communications, and customer engagement.
Coordinate local marketing campaigns, events, activations, PR, and partnerships tailored to community insights.
Manage digital and social activity in collaboration with the Digital and Social Specialist.
Oversee budgets, raise purchase orders, process invoices, and manage monthly forecasting.
Support customer communication and wayfinding strategies during construction phases.
Manage B2B and B2C marketing collateral and digital content for project websites.
Ensure compliance, governance, and safety standards are met across all marketing activity.
Experience & Capabilities
End-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns and events.
Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Financial management, reporting, and commercial acumen.
Exceptional communication and project-management skills.
