Job Description Deliver projects end-to-end with accountability for time, cost, and quality outcomes.
Manage project activities, including client interface, financial forecasting and control, scheduling, status reporting, procurement, and subcontractor management.
Lead and supervise teams, providing hands-on support where required.
Oversee project administration, ensuring systems and databases (e.g., Hardcat) are accurate and up to date.
Create and maintain project documentation and implement improvements to business-critical processes and workflows.
Act as second-in-charge to the Operations General Manager, supporting leadership and operational decision-making.
The Successful Applicant Strong communication skills - excellent verbal and written ability with attention to detail.
Extensive project management knowledge, including principles, change management strategies, and embedding change for improved business outcomes.
Highly organized and time-efficient, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Technical aptitude - comfortable learning new systems and applications.
Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Google Drive applications.
Tertiary qualification in Business Administration and/or Project Management.
High-level computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and business process management tools.
