What You'll Do
* Lead Electrical & Instrumentation teams across installation, testing, pre‐commissioning and commissioning
* Keep work fronts moving by ensuring drawings, materials, permits and work packs are ready
* Provide technical guidance, resolve issues early, and maintain high-quality delivery
* Drive a safety-first culture and ensure compliance across all activities
* Oversee mechanical completion and punch list close-out to achieve clean handovers
What You Bring
Must‐Haves
* 5+ years' experience supervising electrical or E&I teams
* Unrestricted WA Electrical Licence
* Strong background in industrial construction, mining, oil & gas or energy projects
* Proven commissioning and mechanical completion experience
* Confident leadership style with strong communication and problem‐solving skills
Bonus Points
* EWP, Working at Heights, CPR/LVR
* Experience with substation installation
* Exposure to large-scale EPC or major resources projects
