The Opportunity
We are seeking a consultant‐minded Process Engineer to help design, optimise and embed scalable IT systems, service management and operational processes across the organisation. You'll work closely with the client's IT, Digital, and business stakeholders to improve efficiency, governance, and service delivery outcomes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining process thinking, data, and technology to drive meaningful improvement in a complex environment.
Responsibilities
* Analyse current state IT and business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities
* Design and implement future state, end to end processes that align business needs with IT capabilities
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to capture requirements and drive consensus
* Develop process documentation, standards, controls and governance models
* Define and track KPIs to measure process performance and benefits realisation
* Partner with IT delivery teams to ensure processes are effectively enabled by systems and tools
* Support organisational change and adoption of new processes and ways of working
* Contribute to enterprise‐wide process improvement and transformation initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in process engineering, process mapping, as‐is/to‐be mapping, etc.
* Ability to work across technical and non‐technical teams
* Experience working with IT platforms, systems or IT delivery teams
* Experience working in complex or enterprise‐scale environments
* Process improvement certification (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, etc.)
* Experience working with senior SMEs and stakeholders. Confidence in facilitation, structured discovery, and crisp documentation.
* Clear communication and documentation skills. Able to make complex operating models understandable and actionable.
