Role Description
This is a full‐time role for a Customer Relationship Manager based in Beenleigh, QLD. The Customer Relationship Manager - Presite, will be responsible for managing job progress between Tender Acceptance and Pre‐Construction stages. The primary goal is to deliver a happy home building journey, crafting quality homes with care, integrity, and exceptional customer support every step of the way. Key responsibilities include managing client communication, addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal, customer service, and client relationship management skills
* Proven experience in customer communication and conflict resolution
* Ability to collaborate with internal teams and develop customer‐focused strategies
* Attention to detail, problem‐solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills
* Proficiency in Onsite Companion (OSC), Microsoft Office Suite, and related technologies
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast‐paced environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting
* Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
