About the role:
Terry White Chemmart Westlands is currently recruiting for a Dispensary Technician looking for an innovative, challenging and highly rewarding position in a supportive and collaborative work setting.
On-the-job training will be provided to ensure that the successful candidate will thrive in their new role.
The Dispensary Technician role will include:
Assisting the pharmacist in the dispensary;
Stock Ordering & unpacking of dispensary lines;
Providing appropriate information and advice to customers on OTC medicines;
Maintaining order and cleanliness of the dispensary;
Providing exceptional customer service in the dispensary as well as the front of the shop when needed;
Webster packing as required.
About You:
To be successful in applying for this opportunity, you will ideally possess the following
Willingness to Learn
Solid Pharmacy product knowledge, including S2/S3 medications;
Excellent computer skills;
Exceptional customer service skills- you will surprise and delight our customers - every day;
Reliable and enthusiastic work ethic;
Adaptability and willingness to work as part of a team;
Excellent communication skills.
