Account Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also have a strong understanding of the construction industry and the ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to achieve sales targets
* Bid on new business opportunities to grow revenue
* Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in engineering, construction, or architecture
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the construction industry
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong understanding of the construction industry and its key players
