About This Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Account Manager. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while also identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow our customer portfolio
* Attend weekly meetings and communicate effectively with clients
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Schedule and conduct regular face-to-face meetings with clients
* Escalate issues promptly and ensure timely resolution
* Participate in revenue campaigns to maximize client engagement
* Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Requirements:
* Western Australian security (agent) licence
* Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with diverse client base
* Self-driven with ability to work autonomously
* Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office 365
* Professional personal presentation
* Valid driver's license and full work permit
* Experience in similar role
