Marketing Communications Role
The Marketing Communications Executive is responsible for supporting the development of all hotel collateral materials, as well as executing the hotel's partnership and heritage programs. This includes supporting marketing activations for Raffles Boutique and Raffles Spa, as well as providing coordination support for hotel events.
This role serves to provide administrative support for the Marketing Communications department, including observing and adhering to Accor's values of Guest Passion, Respect, Innovation, Trust, Sustainable Performance, and Spirit of Conquest.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Support Public Relation Campaigns:
* Assist in maintaining good relations with global, regional, and local media.
* Support publicity outreach programs for Food and Beverage outlets and their promotions.
* Support publicity plans for Food and Beverage venues, including seasonal promotions and key launches.
* Support media hosting opportunities for selected Food and Beverage venues.
* Support Advertising Campaigns:
* Develop a media plan for rooms, weddings, retail arcade, spa, and selected Food and Beverage venues.
* Design creative artworks and text copy for rooms, weddings, retail arcade, spa, and selected Food and Beverage venues.
* Collateral Development:
* Work closely with the team to develop collateral materials that support hotel goals.
* Coordinate photoshoots for the hotel.
* Event Management Coordination and Execution:
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate and support hotel events.
* Provision of Administrative Support:
* Coordinate PR reporting for all media coverage received by the hotel.
* Process quotations and invoices for the department.
* Facilitate hotel sponsorships and gift voucher requisitions.
* Provide general administrative support for the team.
Qualifications:
* Diploma holder or above equivalent.
* Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Marketing Communications / Public Relations.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
* Basic working knowledge of Adobe software.
