THE ROLE
As a Sales Assistant, your focus is on providing exceptional customer service to create memorable shopping experiences and foster positive connections with our brand. Key responsibilities include:
1. Acting as a brand ambassador with positivity and professionalism
2. Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers effectively
3. Providing personalized 1:1 customer service
4. Assisting customers with queries and processing sales
5. Collaborating with management and team to achieve KPIs and targets
6. Supporting store tasks such as visual merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation
7. Escalating customer complaints to management
8. Completing mandatory training related to products, policies, and procedures

* Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or similar industries
* Ability to deliver excellent service and exceed customer expectations
* Passion for sports fashion or knowledge of key brands
