We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and the proven ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships, liaise effectively, and work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise work to achieve goals and meet deadlines, including dealing with competing demands and managing multiple projects and tasks.
Experience in human resource management, including overseeing complex state-wide end to end recruitment processes.
Whilst not mandatory, the possession of tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in human resources will be highly regarded.
Whilst not mandatory, experience in large scale recruitment processes will be highly regarded.
The incumbent may be required to travel on official business where the possession of a C class driver's licence may be required
