We have an exciting 12 month full-time opportunity (with the possibility of extension) based in Townsville for a Network Administrator to join our team!
This position is responsible for ensuring Townsville Train Control rosters and payroll are managed efficiently to achieve optimal utilisation of resources and meet business needs in accordance with relevant industrial and legislative requirements.
The role is also responsible in performing administrative and operational duties within the Train Control Townsville to ensure focus on safety, network performance and customer relationships. As a Network Administrator the responsibilities are varied and include purchasing, compliance, training and auditing to provide extensive business support.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience rostering for large teams including ad hoc shift coverage.
* Previous experience interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreements.
* Previous experience factoring financial and business impact into decision making.
* Previous experience in complex payroll processes.
* Attention to detail.
* Resilience and adaptability.
* Ability to perform under time pressure and manage competing priorities.
