About you You're a skilled internal communications professional with a passion for creating content that connects and inspires. With at least five years of experience, you bring strong writing, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage digital channels, events, and campaigns. You're confident using tools like SharePoint, Canva, and Campaign Monitor, and can measure impact through data and insights. A strong collaborator, you build trusted relationships and deliver communications that drive engagement and support organisational goals. A minimum of five years' experience in internal communications within complex organisations Exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills tailored for diverse digital channels Proven expertise in managing intranet platforms such as SharePoint and email marketing tools like Campaign Monitor Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating hybrid, virtual, and in-person events Strong analytical capability to evaluate communication effectiveness and inform strategic decisions Proficiency with design software including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools Outstanding stakeholder management, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities across all organisational levels Our culture Innovation powers progress, but it doesn't come without support.
