Business Growth Manager
Our organisation is seeking a driven Business Growth Manager to lead the expansion of our novated leasing offering, acquiring and managing a portfolio of SME employer referral accounts.
About the Role:
* We are looking for a business development professional who can excel in B2B sales via phone, email, virtual, events and in person; presenting offerings of our business solutions to potential new employee partners.
* Key responsibilities include prospecting, growing a pipeline of quality new partnership opportunities, identifying new industries and target markets.
* The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate contracts & service agreements for acquired accounts; provide onboarding training and ongoing support.
* They will also be responsible for monitoring & setting tactics for continued growth and performance of their portfolio.
* Collaboration with internal teams, including IT, Marketing & Sales will be key to ensure efficient onboarding and drive sales activity.
Your Skills:
* Previous B2B prospecting experience – natural hunter of new business.
* Strong understanding of sales principles and novated leasing.
* Desirable skills include an understanding of brokering & financial services.
* Exemplary communication skills, ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
* Ability to multitask, prioritising your workload and self-manage a large portfolio of accounts.
