New Business Sales Representative - Food & Grocery
Western Sydney | Base + Commission | OTE $90K-$100K+
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive new business for our premium, award-winning salami products. Distributed to delis, butchers, and independent grocery stores, our products have earned multiple gold and champion awards from the Royal Agricultural Society.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage current retail clients
* Conduct outbound calls and schedule appointments
* Perform casual drop-ins to prospective customers
* Close sales and build strong client relationships
* Maintain accurate records of activity and performance
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
* Proven success in commission-based sales
* Experience selling into Metcash and/or Thomas Foods affiliated outlets (preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven
* Background in food or smallgoods industry highly regarded
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Compensation
* Base salary + commission structure
* On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $90K-$100K+ annually
* Uncapped earning potential based on performance
