We are expanding our team and are excited to welcome Senior Advisor's Workforce to our Workforce Advisory team.

This role is responsible for providing expert practical advice across the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) on complex employment matters in accordance with the human resource industrial framework. The purpose of the role is to assist in the delivery of significant and consistent outcomes and outputs that contribute to the achievement of SCHHS's organisational goals.

Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north. Key responsibilites include:

- Provide expert advice and recommendations on appropriate management and resolution of complex employment matters including organisational change, performance management, conduct, suspension, discipline and dismissal.
- Establish positive, effective, respectful working relationships with stakeholders through the provision of high quality, accurate, authoritative HR services and timely advice.
- Prepare high quality and timely correspondence on behalf of senior management of the SCHHS, including submissions, reports, briefing notes and correspondence about human resource management issues.
- Provide support as required in matters before various tribunals and commissions, including (but not limited to) Queensland Industrial Relations Commission.

Remuneration value up to $148 323 p.a., comprising salary between $121 360 - $129 998 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
