And it’s their wellbeing that drives us to develop stylish, innovative and energy-efficient products that help them live brighter, live lighter, live cooler, live warmer, live well, live smarter and to simply, live life.THE ROLEReporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator - Trade Brand & Emerging Businesses, will assist in the planning and development of marketing and communications strategies across multiple brands within the Beacon Lighting Group, including Custom Lighting, Masson for Light, Beacon International, Connected Light Solutions, and Light Source Solutions. You will coordinate the effective rollout and execution of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.In addition, you will support the development of external collaborations and lead initiatives related to the educational pillar for the Beacon Trade brand. You will also monitor campaign performance, provide recommendations to maximise results, whilst ensuring the company’s market position and integrity is maintained.Key Responsibilities Will IncludeManage external partnerships related to Trade, including industry collaborators, apprenticeship programs, and community outreachLead the strategy and implementation of the Education Pillar for TradeOversee campaign activity across all media channels (owned, earned, and paid) for Custom Lighting, Masson for Light, International, Connected Light Solutions, and Light Source SolutionsWork closely with the GMM to track budgets and coordinate marketing activity, execution and reporting for B2B businessesLiaise with Business Managers to manage and coordinate campaignsInvoicing, budget management & invoicingAct as the key point of contact with media agency Carat for Custom Lighting, Masson for Light, Connected Light Solutions, Light Source SolutionsBrief artwork to designers and manage the workflow and work-in-progress (WIP)Foster strong working relationships across business teams to ensure effective collaborationDevelop presentations and present when required for Business Unit Meetings (BUMs)Prepare information and insights for internal Marketing MeetingsAssist in the preparation of Executive Marketing Management (EMM) ReportAbout YouTertiary qualification in Marketing or a related fieldDemonstrated experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teamsStrong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and act on insightsHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesSolid understanding of best practice media and marketing principlesStrong knowledge of various marketing channels, including digital, social media, traditional media, and sponsorshipsBenefitsTo reward you for your efforts, we offer a competitive salary package, paid birthday leave and well-being days, generous product discounts, and the opportunity to purchase shares through the Beacon Lighting share scheme.Based in our beautiful, purpose-built offices Nunawading this role also offers the security of on-site parking, as well the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements.
