Your Role: Driving Innovation Forward
As our Product Manager, you will own an assigned product category portfolio and lead strategies that drive revenue, growth and simplification across ANZ.
Reporting to the Product Portfolio Manager, this hybrid role based in Chirnside Park, plays a pivotal part in steering the portfolio toward sustainable, above‑market growth.
You will have the opportunity to:
Drive Strategic Impact: Lead category health and lifecycle management to achieve revenue, margin and growth goals across ANZ.
Innovate for the Future: Identify, validate and deliver Customer‑Back Innovation (CBI) and NPD projects, ensuring differentiated and competitive market offers.
Foster Global Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, QA/Engineering, Supply Chain and external stakeholders to optimise offerings and execution.
Deliver High‑Performance Outcomes: Influence cross‑functional teams, drive 80/20 prioritisation, and ensure quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
Proven Expertise: Experience in product management, category ownership or portfolio strategy within a commercial, technical or industrial environment.
Technical Acumen: Strong analytical skills, data proficiency and the ability to translate insights into compelling strategies and solutions.
Leadership & Collaboration: A natural influencer who leads without authority, manages competing priorities and drives alignment across teams.
Qualifications: Degree in Marketing or Business is essential.
