Job Description
Support and lead a passionate team of 15 in all aspects of the store's success from sales performance and customer experience to training, visual merchandising and operational excellence. Drive KPIs and achieve financial goals across sales, wages, stock and shrinkage while maintaining exceptional merchandising and store presentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in a high-volume retail environment
* A customer-first mindset and natural leadership presence
* Passion for homewares, food and creating memorable retail experiences
* Strong commercial acumen and an eye for product presentation
* Confidence in managing budgets, rosters and performance outcomes
