Your Role
This is a high-performance pathway designed to bypass the traditional corporate climb. You will be empowered to own your territory through a combination of elite training and field execution:
* Field-Based Mentorship & Market Development: Represent KPay as a territory specialist. You will be paired with seasoned Sales Directors for direct, on-the-ground coaching as you identify and secure new B2B partnerships.
* End-to-End Sales Mastery: Supported by our Business Development Managers, you will execute the full sales lifecycle—from strategic prospecting and discovery to closing deals and merchant onboarding.
* Strategic Consultation: Utilize intensive workshops on consultative sales psychology to diagnose business pain points, positioning KPay's fintech ecosystem to enhance merchant profitability.
* Portfolio Wealth & Leadership Fast-Track: Build a personal merchant portfolio that generates recurring commission income. As a pure meritocracy, top-tier graduates who master their portfolio are fast-tracked into Team Lead roles in as little as 3 months.
