Role Overview This is a rare opportunity for a Conversational AI (Copilot Studio) Engineer to work on live, production GenAI solutions that sit at the very front of the customer experience. You’ll own the design, build and operation of enterprise‑grade Microsoft Copilot Studio conversational AI solutions, working closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security and Risk teams. What you’ll be doing You will be championing, designing and operating customer‑facing GenAI chatbots across web, portal and mobile using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Designing conversational flows, prompts and behaviours that drive real service outcomes, and designing the most efficient AI‑to‑human escalation into contact centre platforms Applying content safety, PII redaction and guardrails appropriate to the solutions implemented Integrating with enterprise systems via APIs and secure data patterns Monitoring quality, performance and runtime behaviour in production Skills & Experience Proven experience delivering customer‑facing conversational AI or chatbots Experience building Microsoft Copilot Studio (for conversational AI solutions), Microsoft Dynamics CRM platforms (particularly in servicing contact-centre) Strong understanding of Generative AI, prompt design and orchestration Hands‑on experience with RAG architectures Exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform / Azure) Comfortable operating in enterprise or regulated environments Practical, delivery‑focused mindset with strong stakeholder engagement What’s on Offer Work on high‑impact GenAI products used by real customers Strategic, business‑critical role with strong executive visibility Modern engineering culture with a strong focus on AI safety and quality Melbourne‑based role with hybrid working Long term opportunity as conversational AI capability continues to scale Click APPLY or contact Angela Tan-Jenkin on angela.jenkin@profusiongroup.com for a confidential discussion.
