Role Overview
Lead and coordinate structural design across multiple projects
Provide technical oversight and guidance to engineering teams
Manage interfaces with clients, architects, and other consultants
Contribute to planning, resourcing, and delivery of projects
Support development of the team and broader business capability
Projects
High‑rise commercial buildings (typically 18–40+ storeys)
Complex commercial and mixed‑use developments
Mid‑rise residential projects
Government and institutional buildings
About You
Substantial experience in structural engineering consultancy
Strong background in complex commercial structures
Comfortable leading teams and managing technical risk
Clear communicator with established client‑facing experience
Able to work with a high level of autonomy and accountability

Base salary from
$166,000 to $178,000
