The Role
This is a dynamic position within our clients Customer Care Team, serving as the initial touch-point for their community across various channels. The successful candidate will prioritise a seamless customer experience, focusing on swift issue resolution while maintaining consistency and excellence in service delivery.

Benefits
* A competitive remuneration package including base salary of $77,000+ super.
* Half day off every fortnight.
Requirements
* Availability to work 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (No weekend work).
* Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
* Ability to obtain a current police check.
* Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
