Learning Experience Designer
**How will I help?**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and curate diverse learning solutions to create immersive and engaging learning experiences
- Conduct research to understand the problem, opportunity or challenge, learners environment, needs, motivations and preferences
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in learning experiences for all learners
- Design, develop and maintain multimodal learning solutions, assessments, feedback loops, learning hubs, and performance support resources
- Analyse learning data to iteratively improve learning experiences and impact
- Create interactive storyboards and prototypes to communicate the learning journey and engage stakeholders
- Continuously learn and stay updated on emerging trends in Learning Experience Design

**What do I need?**
- 5+ years of experience in designing learning solutions, with hands-on proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with SharePoint (desirable).
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment and a bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (desirable).
- Experience across multiple industries, including Professional and Financial services (desirable).
- Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with SMEs.
- Expertise in UX design, instructional design, adult learning principles, and multimedia development.
- Proficient in design thinking methodologies, user research, and data analysis.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and facilitation of design workshops.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI and adaptive learning.
- Passion for continuous improvement, creativity, and adapting to change.
