About Us
Conni is part of the Galway Group of Companies, an Australian-owned leader in textile-based medical and personal care products. With over 20 years of innovation behind us, we've built a reputation for making practical products that genuinely help, especially when it comes to life's messier moments (yes, we're talking about wees and poos).
Our products support people of all ages – from toddlers to older Australians – and bring dignity, confidence, and comfort to everyday life. As we continue to grow, we're looking for another team member who shares our commitment to doing good work that matters. This is a highly sought-after role, and we're only looking for individuals who are ready to step up and contribute from day one.

Why Work With Us?
At Conni, we do things differently. We're proud of the work we do, and we care deeply about the people we support. We're in another growth phase and need people who are ready to pitch in, think on their feet, and help us continue to build something that truly matters.
You'll join a hugely successful team that's collaborative, no-nonsense, and motivated to make an impact – all while having a bit of a laugh along the way... without the corporate fluff. We don't do buzzwords, lingo, or endless meetings... we just get on with the job.
So if you want to work for a smaller, privately owned company and escape the big-company blah blah, and you know how to smile on the phone and love people, then please tell us why you are the one who should get the job.
