About the Role
Casual Disability Support Workers are needed to provide support and enhance independence for individuals in Port Macquarie and Kempsey.
* Support workers will assist with living skills, transport, social activities, medication, and personal care.
* They will also be responsible for keeping accurate customer records up-to-date using online systems.
To Be Successful in This Role
You should be punctual, friendly, non-judgmental, empathetic, and compassionate. You should have a strong understanding of disability services and ability to work with people with disabilities.
Requirements
* A certificate level qualification in Disability or Community Services/Individual Support or equivalent relevant experience in human services industry is required.
* A valid NSW Drivers C class license is also required, as well as ability to drive vehicles in this license class.
