As the welcoming face of our practice, you will play a key role in providing outstanding service to our patients, referrers, and the wider communityReporting to the local Administration Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:Representing Apex Radiology as the first impression of the practice as you meet and greet patients at the front desk.Managing phone enquiries with empathy and efficiencyScheduling patient appointments and optimising booking slotsAdvising patients on preparation requirements, fees, and applicable concessionsProcessing referrals and coordinating with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including fellow Receptionists, Booking Centre Agents, Radiologists, Radiographers, Sonographers and Nuclear Medicine Technologists.
