We are seeking a skilled Client Care Specialist to provide exceptional support to our clients.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. They will be responsible for providing face-to-face and over-the-phone support to clients, performing everyday administration tasks at the clinic, and assisting with minor repairs and management of hearing aids and Cochlear Implants.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer service to clients via phone calls and in-person interactions.
* Perform administrative tasks such as processing payments and HSP claims, managing diaries for clinicians, and maintaining relationships with manufacturers.
* Assist with Cochlear implant switch-on and mapping procedures, and handle account-related tasks and communicate with insurance companies.
Key Requirements
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record-keeping.
* Proficiency in technology and software used in the industry.
