The Work, Health and Safety (WHS) Administrative Support Officer is responsible to the Work Health and Safety (WHS) Manager through the Senior WHS Consultant for the provision and delivery of an WHS services within the service / network. The role will involve maintaining various WHS databases and providing administrative support to the Work Health Safety and Injury Management (WHSIM) Department.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Support the implementation of the WHS system, processes, policies, and procedures, including monitoring reports, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the development of best practices.
Provide prompt and effective WHS administrative support services across the service/network, such as coordinating compliance with safety inspection programs, maintaining registers, supporting WHS committees and meetings, and assisting managers and health and safety representatives.
Build and maintain robust collaborative relationships with various stakeholders, including workforce health teams, human resources, managers, employees, and representatives, to ensure service needs are met, encourage active participation, and resolve WHS-related issues.
Participate in professional development training to maintain and develop skills, knowledge, and expertise under the guidance of senior WHS staff, and assist in monitoring, reviewing, reporting, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
