Reporting to the General Manager, we are seeking a New Car Sales Manager to provide strong, strategic leadership; guiding our customer-focused team in delivering outstanding results for our trusted Honda brand while driving the exciting growth of our newest addition, GWM.
About the Role
- Coaching and motivating your customer-focused team
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and budgets
- Liaising with manufacturers and sales admin related tasks
- Work closely with all departments to maximise overall profitability

- Proven excellence as a Sales Manager
- Highly motivated to take ownership of driving the team to meet and exceed targets
- Skilled in the motivation of others, an exceptional communicator who understands the importance of building relationships
- A highly organised individual
