* Provision of agronomic and technical support to Australian farmers and producers.
* Product sales to meet client needs.
* Client relationship building and maintenance.
* Market information sharing with stakeholders.
* Targeting new clients and staying current with latest plant production practices.
* Running field days and farmer meetings.
* Being a subject matter expert in pasture production.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Prior experience as a trusted advisor in an agronomy role.
* A solid understanding of products, seasonal timings, and general requirements of rural producers.
* Experience in Pasture and Broadacre Agronomy.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Organisational, administrative, and computing skills.
* Written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated experience in the sales process and strong sales activity and call-cycle management.
Essential Qualifications
The following qualifications are essential:
* Tertiary qualification in agricultural science or related field.
* A current driver's licence.
