Essential Qualifications/Requirements
* A relevant tertiary degree such as social work, behavioural science, or criminology is required for this position.
* An unrestricted "C" Class driver's licence is mandatory for this role.
* A valid Blue Card linked with the organisation is necessary prior to commencement.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage dual roles of monitoring young offenders' compliance with court orders and intervening to address issues that place them at risk of re-offending.
* Implement culturally appropriate assessment and intervention skills, processes, and programs including restorative justice activities to reduce re-offending.
* Prepare and present reports to the Children's Court on behalf of the Chief Executive.
