About the role:
We are seeking a Caravan Technician to join our team. This role would suit someone with industry experience, a tradesperson looking for a change, or a handy, practically minded individual with strong mechanical aptitude.
No trade experience is required — full training will be provided for the right candidate. We are looking for someone eager to learn, hands-on, and interested in developing skills within the caravan and recreational vehicle industry.
The following skills and capabilities will be highly regarded:
* Mechanical aptitude and a practical, hands-on approach
* Experience or interest in axles, brakes, chassis, underbody and underfloor work
* Skills in working with timber and/or cabinet making
* Working with alloys, composite panels and fibreglass
* Aluminium fabrication and repair work
* Trailer chassis and trailer brake work
* Some plumbing experience
* 12v wiring, solar installations and electrical work
* Forklift licence is well regarded (training provided if required)
* Current driver licence
