Our client is considering candidates at the Senior Associate level for this role. Responsibilities: Take ownership of a portfolio of significant corporate insolvency matters, with collaborative support from the wider team as needed, Draft creditor and statutory reports, conduct independent business reviews, and perform in-depth financial analysis, Assist in managing business operations during insolvency, including cash flow forecasting, employee entitlement calculations, and oversight of supplier and customer accounts, Contribute to complex investigative work such as fund tracing, forensic analysis, voidable transaction reviews, and assessments of insolvent trading, Support team development and actively engage in business development initiatives. Key Skills: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, and/or a recognised professional certification, CA or CPA accreditation is essential, Completion of the ARITA Advanced Certification is highly regarded Strong knowledge of the Australian insolvency framework, with practical experience in due diligence and investigative business reviews preferred, Proactive and solutions-oriented approach, supported by strong analytical thinking, Excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks, Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
