About the role: Provide clinical leadership and professional advice on patient safety and quality improvement. Coordinate portfolios related to clinical governance and ensure alignment with organisational priorities. Identify inconsistencies between policy and practice and lead the implementation of clinical innovations. Act as a role model and educational resource for staff, including orientation and capacity building. Participate in clinical audits and research to achieve agreed care outcomes for our consumers. About you: You are a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration. You have a proven ability to lead and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. You demonstrate high-level communication skills to prepare accurate reports and engage stakeholders. You are proactive in achieving best practice outcomes and identifying opportunities for service improvement. You possess a strong commitment to your own professional development and the support of undergraduate students.
