Project Manager – Subdivisions | Toowoomba | $140K–$160K + Super & Car
I'm currently partnering with a well-established family-owned civil contractor based in Toowoomba that has been delivering projects across the Darling Downs for nearly 25 years.
They've built a strong reputation locally for quality delivery, long-term staff retention, and genuinely looking after their people — and due to continued project wins, they're looking to bring on an experienced Civil Project Manager.
The Role
You'll take ownership of projects from start to finish, working closely with an experienced Civil Construction Manager and established site teams.
Project exposure includes:
* Subdivisions
* Civil infrastructure works
* Bulk earthworks
* Pipelaying projects
What They're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience in civil construction
* Proven Project Management experience
* Engineering / Construction / PM qualification (ideal)
* Strong commercial and contractual understanding
* Ability to lead teams and drive project outcomes
* Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, down-to-earth environment
