The position of Deputy Director, First Peoples Leadership is a key role in enhancing collections access for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

The successful candidate will require deep knowledge of First Peoples cultures and the ability to work respectfully with diverse stakeholders. They will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to departmental efforts to improve outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. The role requires excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
