As the right hand to our Sales Manager, you’ll be in the engine room of success — driving performance across multiple brands, mentoring the sales team, and stepping up when it counts.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the Sales Manager in leading daily sales operations across multiple brands
* Leading by example on the showroom floor — coaching, motivating, and supporting the sales team
* Assisting with sales strategy, stock control, reporting, and customer experience
* Acting in the Sales Manager role when required and confidently leading from the front
What You Bring to the Table
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in automotive sales
* An enthusiastic attitude and a strong desire to step into leadership
* Natural leadership instincts with the ability to influence and inspire others
* A customer-first mindset with a proven ability to close deals
* Highly organised, motivated, and driven to achieve strong results
* Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
