About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team at Unrealestate Coffs Coast'. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales. providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our residential property business in the Coffs Harbour region.
What you'll be doing
* Proactively prospecting and generating new sales leads through networking, marketing, and relationship-building activities
* Conducting property inspections, appraisals, and open homes to showcase properties to potential buyers and tenants
* Negotiating and closing sales transactions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved
* Maintaining detailed client records and providing regular updates on market activity and sales performance
* Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract new clients
* Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices to provide valuable advice to clients
* Collaborating with the broader team to support the overall success of the Unrealestate Coffs Coast' business
What we're looking for
* A minimum of 1 years' experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent, preferably in the Coffs Harbour market
* A demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
* A thorough understanding of the local property market, including pricing, trends, and regulations
* A valid real estate sales license or the ability to obtain one
* An assistant agent certificate is acceptable for this position
* A passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to professional development
* Valid work visa is acceptable for work eligibility
