Eden Academy is a child-safe organisation, deeply committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of every child.
Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 112 children to explore, grow, and thrive.
As we prepare to open our doors, we're looking for an experienced Educational Leader that inspires others, champions quality education, and while knowing your influence ripples far beyond the classroom walls.
As Our Educational Leader
* You're an experienced Educational Leader with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
* Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
* You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
* Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
* Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
* Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning
What You'll Bring
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
* A current Working with Children Check
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
* Australian Working Rights
* A professional and friendly personal presentation
* Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
* A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
* Availability to work 5 days, Monday to Friday and across various shift patterns
* Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
